Since 1972, the landscape of real estate and East Tennessee has grown and changed. Tennessee Valley Title Insurance Co. (“TVT”) is proud to be a part of the continued growth in the area. TVT has been involved in many large developments within the community such as the Sterchi Lofts, Volunteer Landing, Turkey Creek development, Cumberland Avenue redevelopment, and the new downtown stadium for the Tennessee Smokies.

Although TVT is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, TVT is owned by attorneys who are involved in the management and operation of the company. Skilled legal assistants, escrow assistants, trained abstractors, and legal intake specialists are employed in order to facilitate quality and cost effective service. TVT prides itself on the longevity of service of its employees with many on staff being with the company for 30-40 years.

In addition, TVT has six escrow officers, all of whom have considerable experience in the title, banking, and mortgage industries. All of TVT’s escrow officers are able to perform any type of closing, including residential, commercial, mortgage, cash, and owner financing as well as 1031 Exchanges. They also attend periodic training seminars to stay abreast of any changes or updates in the title business. Their main goal is to provide a friendly and professional closing for all parties involved.
